What is your address and contact information?

 

Ordering from KidStar Safety is easy. To place an order, you can use either of the following methods:

Can I order custom products online?

 

Custom products can be ordered online through our website, by email, or by phone. To order online, simply add the products to your cart and check-out. Once your order is received, we will contact you for the custom imprint information. You will receive a proof to review and revisions can be made.

Can I receive a proof before placing an actual order?

 

Absolutely. If you would like to see how any of our products will look with your custom information, we will provide you with a no-obligation proof to review. To receive a proof, call us at 800-785-6015 or email us at info@kidstarsafety.com

What payment methods do you accept? Do you invoice?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal. Invoicing and payment by check is avaialble for law enforcement agencies, schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations. All checks or money orders can be made out to KidStar Safety.

Was my order received?

 

For online orders, you will receive a detailed receipt via email within minutes of placing the order. If you don't receive this email, please contact us at 800-785-6015 or by email at info@kidstarsafety.com. If you email, fax, or mail your order to us, we will call or email you with a confirmation and order details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Standard items and custom orders between 100-300 items typically ship within 24-72 hours. Most other custom orders ship within 10-15 business days. If you would like an estimated shipping timeframe for your order, contact us at 800-785-6015 or info@kidstarsafety.com. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do everything possible to make sure your order arrives in time for your event. Small orders of 50 or less items ship via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders of 50 or more items typically ship UPS Ground. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery. Orders shipped via UPS will be given a tracking number which is sent to the email on file with the order. For larger quantities on which shipping is not indicated, please contact us for delivery time and shipping rates based on your delivery location.

Do you offer expedited service?

 

Yes. Let us know what your deadline is and we will work to meet it. We do not charge more for rush order production, just the additional shipping costs if required. All pricing is quoted with standard shipping methods, but expedited shipping is available. We offer Next Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day service. If you need to upgrade your shipping, please call us for a shipping quote.

I would like custom items, what are the setup fees?

 

We never charge for artwork set up, proofing, or revisions. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the design and will make as many updates as needed to ensure this.

Can I see what my custom items will look like?

 

Within 3 hours of submitting your artwork, we will email you a PDF proof to approve before proceeding with your order. If you any revisions need to be made, a new proof(s) will be provided at no charge. Can you use our police department patch?

 

Yes, if you do not have a digital file of your department patch we can scan your actual patch. You can mail the patch to the following address and it will be returned with your order: KidStar Safety 12980 State Road 23, Suite 130 Granger, IN 46530

What are your artwork specifications?

 

We can work with most file types including .EPS (preferred), .JPG, .TIF, and .PDF, (please no .BMP or .GIF files) preferably with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Low-resolution graphics run the risk of printing blurry, fuzzy on the edges, or with poor color. You will receive a proof to review before any final printing.

I have a unique project, can you help me?

 

Absolutely! We are happy to provide custom quotes for any project you may have or quantity you may be looking to order. You can call (800-785-6015), email (info@kidstarsafety.com), or fax (800-785-6015) us with your project details and/or requirements and we will be happy to provide you a quote the same day. If unique or large request, it may take up to 24 hours for a quote to be received.

Can we include our own items in the kits?

 

Yes. With our PromoPak option you can include business cards, coupons, or other marketing materials in each kit (subject to kit packaging dimensions). There is no additional per kit cost or set up fees for this service, just the cost of shipping of materials to KidStar Safety and a minimum order of 500 kits. If you are interested in setting up a PromoPak program, simply contact us at 800-785-6015 or email us at info@kidstarsafety.com for more information.

What is your return policy?

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from KidStar Safety. That's why we offer a 20 day money back guarantee on all non-custom items (excluding shipping charges). Please call us at 800-785-6015 or email info@kidstarsafety.com to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning your order. Products must be undamaged in the original sealed packaging. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will credit your credit card or send a check within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. If you would like a replacement sent for your order, please include the request with the return. Custom items that match the approved proof are not returnable. Should there be a printing issue or other concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
